My son asked me a similar question today and his answer was 3.  One to hold the bulb and two to turn the chair!!!

Yes I was going to say this one. Although it is really politically incorrect nowadays since the original joke was........"how many Irish people does it take to change a light bulb. One to hold the bulb and two to turn the chair".......my old Irish boyfriend told this one to me over 20 years ago.
