Anbody from here going?....I'm going to be one of the fitness trainers there and it would be great to meet folks from here, go to doug's website www.foodnsport.com for all the details.

Grant a.k.a Raw Aussie Athlete will be going.  I was going to be going but unfortunately due to work commitments I am prevented from leaving Aus until Sept 6. 

However I will be catching up with grant for raw spirit festival the week later - if you are there will be great to catch up.

My sister is getting married in Maui two days after the festival Sept 16.   Then I am back to the mainland for a raw tour of duty from Sept 19-Sep 28 before heading into Europe for a while.

Hi there! I'm in for H&F.  I'm friend's with Grant, Harley and others you know.  I've known Doug for seven years and was a faster in Costa Rica in Janauary.  I'm looking forward to meeting you!

my tip for h & f week is to ensure enough sleep the week before! whatever your fitness level youll be sore!

great food, great vibe, great way to learn, great grub..a great week guaranteed. h & f week slapped a lot of bricks and mortar on my raw wall of conviction....
