Singing Smiley Food :)

Hi beautiful people
Since coming back from Adelaide I have been inspired to share more of my passion for raw food with many more than I currently have been, and have something to keep me going while I still work in the main stream cooking arena. Thus my singingsmileyfood blog was born. I plan to be out and about the next few months gathering inspiration and more tunes to share with you all. There is not much on my blog yet, but dear Sheryl encouraged me to share it with you now. So here is the link...

If you have any ideas, feel free to share. We're all on a journey, I'd love to learn with you all
Oh and before you ask, yes, I will endevour to put my recipe of the hazelnut choc pie shortly
Oh yay, Jungle has some yummy organic fruit for me...feeling some more blog tunes coming on
Lots of Lou smiles and songs to you all
And other thing, does anyone know how I can put my oldest posts first ?...sorry, they are out of order, makes life more fun in a way

Thanks Jen
I meant on my blog, cos it looks a little funny opening up to the last stages of my pie...but I guess it doesn't matter. I think I have to load all the photos again, but they are at my friends place...and her computer is being a little trying at the moment
It's all good

I have had a wonderful afternoon with delightful Jungle and her gorgeous bub in Tassie's refreshing air
And oh my, you should see the boxes of delicious organic fruit Jungle has in her house...just possitively awesome! My body was thanking me sincerely as soon as I popped a mandarine segment into my mouth
Thank you Jungle for organising my delicious box of organic fruit! Hmmm...
I came home to my ready to eat and store curried almonds, cinnamon almonds and crackers...I think they were ready earlier, but they definately are now

Hiya Lou! Yumm.... I adore curried almonds. I've just been eating organic page mandarines from the Miami organic markets today. Soooooo sweet and delish. I loved it a lot! Now, if you were coming to visit I could take you to get some but seeing as you most likely won't be here in the next couple of weeks... more for me I guess!

Oh Lou, I just checked out your blog for the first time! Makes me smiley!! I love your way with words! And what a fun apron your friend whizzed up! Looking forward to talking with you about our next organic order...I'm thinking more bananas, oranges, kale, baby spinach and maybe some pineapple to add to the collection! I'm sure you're gettibg excited too! The feel of the beautiful organic fruits, vegetables and leaves at the markets sure are inspiring...especially when shopping sufficiently rugged up! And the view of snow-covered Mt Wellie watching over. I got sooooooooooooo excited today because I decided to shop at the other organic stall (with the scarecrow sign - Good Life Organics I think). I found so much unexpected cheap abundance of delish food I desired. Baby broccoli florets with leaves and organic PAW PAW which I have been waiting a long time for! Coriander, baby cos, young kale, red cabbage, 3kg of lush cucumbers and some big avos...all organic for all! Can't wait to make amazing salads tonight
I'm sure you'l inspire me when we chat this arv. You are sure to be successful in inspiring people to eat fresh fruit and veggies with your fun approach. Will definitely keep checking your great blog. Love the name too!
Hope studying is going well if you're at it today

Thanks jungle for your beautiful, encouraging words
I had wonderful time with you on Thursday...dreaming away and feasting our eyes on the most delicious organic fruit!
How blessed are we?
Oh and I'm sooooooooooooooo excited about the ripe boxes of organic bananas you scored today! YAY! Good work sunshine
Can't wait to pick mine up tomorrow! I haven't yet taken any photos of the oranges on location yet...hmm, might have to later for a break.
Oh and everyone, if you need great study food. This is my favourite right now. Organic oranges (so juicy and deliciously sweet) cut into quarters and fill a big bowl and organic brocoli leaves, ripped into big chunks and pile on a plate, from my ma's garden, soooooooooooo yummo! The plants are kinda bit bare now...so I have some kale now to replace...thanks so much jungle
Study is going down...yay, I got a surprise assignment, but it's all good
Oh and I forgot to mention Goji Berries (all the way from one lovely lady at RP to another beautiful friend in WA, to Tassie:) as they have been a part of the study food team
Lets all sing and smile away as we enjoy all the good things (yes, including the tough, why do I have to do/go through this stuff
) Have a fabulous day, weekend and week one and all. See you Tassierawbies very shortly!

You know, I'm so blessed to have such a wonderful support crew during my final stages of cookery school. They may not feel like they're doing much, but they really are...just knowing they're cheering me on with a smile, appreciating that it's not always easy for a rawfoodie gal to be excited about cooking, and knowing they're waiting to throw a big party, really helps a bagzillion
I was able to complete two assignments on Saturday
I'm just waiting on one of my chef teachers, to complete my final assignment. (hopefully he'll be available early in the week!)
You know this chef training has brought a lot of opportunities to me which I never would have had. I love to see the blessings in amongst....
I was also able to make a raw pie-cake for one of my friend's b'days on Wednesday which brought a smile to my dial
Having raw food inspiration around me really helps also. You all are a wonderful encouragement
Who knows what is around the corner
Not long now and you can all join me in the biggest dance, song and smile fest!
Oh and Heather, the bananas are wonderful. Thank you sooooooo much! I took some pictures, so I'll have to put them on my blog soon...when my assignments are complete!
May all who feel low be able to find a rose today
. Sending Lou smiles to you.
