winter time is inner time for me and Ishah on the Farm...
fruits are getting less here so we munch on Breads & Charm... (we are Bread-arians LOL)
always sided by crisp Lettuce Salad n Dressing to make you fly,
with local grown organics veggies nothing ever harms...
the Immune System is strong and fit with Biodynamic Herbs and Teas,
outdoors Our 4 doggies chew organic local meats,
a pot of rice and pumpkin soup -- they arent 100 raw (yet),
transitioning towards this amazing diet , so they get rid of fleas!
In winter time we meditate, we feel the World as One,
a prayer lifts gently the Air , embracing Hope and Joy,
the rain covers the land and sky , dense-clouds are sitting low
when suddenly the sun comes-out admist the Fog to sow,
the rays of Love and Truth and Light , we need in Life to grow...
lets walk toghether hand in hand and melt one with the glow........ (of a new Earth)
