Just made this delish salad

1/2 small wombuk cabbage shreddeed
2 small zucchini cut in half lengthways and then sliced into little halfmoon shapes
8 button shrooms sliced and tossed in lime juice and a little salt
1 large carrot grated
two tomatoes diced

Dressing...

Juice of one lemon
Double the liquid with agave
1 clove of garlic
salt

Put it together...

Blend all of the salad ingredients and toss through the salad. This would have been lovely with some ginger and/or coriander but alas.... there was none!
