I don't have the book so I've learnt the rites over the internet, but I'm not sure how to transition between the exercises, I've created myself a little yoga transition but I'm not sure if there is something particular that I'm supposed to do, can anyone share???

The youtube version from yogatoday shows complicated transition going from one to the other.  They cover them with a bit more of a yoga focus than most.

The most detailed explanation I've found so far has been in an Ayurvedic Spa book by Melanie and Robert Sachs.  He is a Tibetan Ayuveda expert and gives quite a lot of obvious but you wouldn't think of it info.  It's an amazing book with lots of self care topics (though a good chunk is directed at the professional bodyworker).

Yes a coffee and ash tray smoothie would hardly compare hey!  laugh

I did them 3 times last week, I felt it the most in the triceps and lower abs on the days after. Was to sore from climbing yesterday to do them today though.

Have you been doing them long RawGreenGoddess?
