the Day Out Of Time is reserved for festival and community,
celebration of being alive and the experience of true timelessness.
"The Day out of Time" is always synchronized with July 25th.
Based on the galactic timing cycles of the 13 Moon Dreamspell Calendar,
this day is no day of the month, and no day of the week.
It is inbetween the closing of the previous year (July 24th) and the dawning of the new year (July 26th).
Also known as "Galactic Freedom Day,"
this is the biggest holiday within the international 13 Moon Calendar community.
Celebrated annually since 1992, this day offers an extremely powerful opportunity for global focus
with planetary kin who are dedicated to establishing a New Time of Peace on Earth

So the day out of time is the day to celebrate time is art.

on Gregorian calendar, July 25 – they celebrate time is art.

this day is also celebrated as International Peace through Culture Day.

that is not a day of the week or a day of the month.
