I would love to buy a rebounder (as you guys are always raving about them!!).

I was hoping for some advise;

what to look out for?
great brand?
what not to buy?

I have been doing some research though and have found a couple of different ones on the market.
So far I have only found the The Lymphaciser (48 springs) here....

Any experiences you can share...?

I love my cellerciser. I use it every day and it packs up and goes under my couch as well. Not that it ever goes there as the kids use it daily as well as me. It's been a great help for Brock with his constipation and for me too to get the blood going during the day.

Is there an importer in Australia for that cellerciser?
or did you buy it direct of their website?

They look pretty heavy so I am a bit worried about freight ....

I'm waiting to hear back from the creator Eve. He is travelling at the moment. I'm not sure if there is a seller in Australia or not. Mine was a gift from a lovely forum member and he bought it from the States. I'm hoping to have these in store soon.

Is it better to exercise on the rebounder with shoes or without shoes?  Are there benefits of one over the other?  I alternate between the two.......well, when I say "alternate", I mean whether I could be bothered to put my shoes on or not!!!!  rofl

lollers! You are funny Rita! I'm fine with mine as it has a soft and gentle bounce. If you have a problem with feet that roll easily then it might be an idea for ankle support! I heard from the cellerciser guy today... excited! He is so nice with a great hands on approach to his business. It's going to be great to work with him.

How do you use a rebounder? do you just jump up and down or do exercisey stuff? I bought one last week but it was a really cheap and didn’t come with instructions. I used it today but I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to be doing so I just jumped up and down and through my legs and arms around a bit.
