I recently read that Melbourne is going to have not one, but two raw restaurants... does anyone know anything about this?? If it's true, that pretty exciting stuff!

WHHAAATTT?Huh??

Please someone tell me this is true, even if it's just one, even if it's juts SOME raw dishes at a restaurant!

Anyone know ANYTHING?

I live in Melbourne and I've got my ears and eyes out for ANY raw meals served anywhere and I haven't heard anything at all about raw restaurants opening.
