For all of those who live on the Qld gold coast - where do you buy your fruit and veg?  I've tried some of the different farmers markets and fruit shops but feel there's a honey hole somewhere that I'm missing.  I buy organic when $ possible which is not always.   I live on the southern end.
Thanks!

Hey there NRM! I go to the Sunday markets in Miami. They are organic and support the farmers. Sometimes I will trek all the way to Northy St markets in Brissy too because the greens there are the best I've had. So delish! But not often. You need to get there early for that one!

I go to Relish Organics in Mudgerraba and I've heard that Wray is pretty good too.

Once a fortnight I go to the Rocklea markets for bulk produce which is fun. I leave at around 6 and when I go I sing all the way there and back. A lot of the time I go with Panda (another forum member) and we chat our heads off there and back.

I get some produce delivered from www.mothernaturesbounty.com which is run by OrganicGirl from the forum too.

Hope this helps!

It is. I don't get my organics there though. They don't do small customers like us. But I get mine through the other contacts.

The best quality organic produce I've found  so far is at Beechmont Mountain. It's held each Sunday morning at the old school Smiley
For those interested in organic, this is a great place to check out an absolutely gorgeous organic garden.

They hold some amazing workshops!
Definately worth a Sunday drive in the mountains.

Purple Corn Extract - 50g

Purple corn extract is extremely lightweight. A little of this product goes a long way. Just a pinch will add vibrant color and antioxidants to whichever food you add it too. Kids love the colour and so will you!
