interesting Oxygen , but not fully to agree...

what does the quote say: as above so below...

I strongly believe science and spirit ar both sides of the same coin...

they are of the same nature and leave behind traces (you can track back) in different realms and proportions...

of course spirit and matter have different abilities of penetration and manifestation in Our World (but thats another story hey), neverthelss i do not see separation , some Scientist do , as Spiritualist alike...

kind regards, :-)

Iv...I completely understand what you're saying.

But (chuckle)...

How to try and explain....hmmm...

There are different "levels"...different "realms"...

Ones' understanding is bound by the limitations each individual places on what they are actually trying to understand....or if you like....have explained....or even....try and explain to themselves by various "proofs".

What you say is true of course....and most certainly true within the framework of duality/polarity.

I'm talking about beyond that....beyond that framework (duality/polarity).....which is a (temporarily) created reference point that we all need to experience as our own personal "evolution" unfolds....

This is getting wayyyyyy deeper than I intended...and no doubt this is the wrong thread to discuss it in....lol

John, as a scientist I can tell you that science does not claim to prove things (except for in the area of the hard-core maths), quite the contrary ineed. It is the public that has put the science to a piedestal and misunderstands what science is about. I cannot count the number of discussions I've had with people claiming that science proves this or that about health, then me, scientist, explaining that it really doesn't, then them telling me that I wasn't scientific enough ha ha!  laugh There is a lot of misconception about the science amongst the society.

I agree, let's keep this area on the original focus, perhaps you could post a link to your thread, John? Found it!: here

My second question:

Dear Dr Doug Graham,

Emotional eating has been identified as one of the biggest challenges that raw foodists face in their transition to raw. At the same time, a very typical progression on the raw food diet, is to a higher-in-fruit and lower-in-fat diet. This often occurs completely spontaneously, as eating this way feels good (due to the underlying biological instincts). Yet, this high-fruit low-fat raw vegan diet has been identified by many (raw foodists through their personal experiences), as the one which disallows the numbing down of the emotions, due to the fact that heavy, fatty foods, commonly used in numbing down the unpleasant emotions, are non-existent in such diet. So when one arrives at this high-fruit low-fat diet, they often find that they have to be able to deal with their emotions much more efficiently than ever before. So my question is, how can one get on this desired higher emotional level (in order to be able to deal with the out-pouring emotions, while on a low-fat raw vegan)? What one needs to do in order to exist at such a level?

As a mathematician, I tend to look for well-defined algorithms that lead to a success, so I would be most grateful for any specific, explicit advice on the topic.

Many thanks,
Dr Gosia O’Reilly

What is babies` and children`s needs for fatty acids, and how do we help them meet these needs if for some reason we are unable to continue breastfeeding past the first couple of years?

Is food combining an issue when still breastfeeding? (fruit before breastmilk for example?)

For those with an abused and challenged digestive system, who find it hard to be able to afford all the raw food needed to stay satisfied during the time the intestines need to start working, do you have any suggestions?

During the transition period how do you help a toddler/young child who gets obsessed with food and wants to eat all the time? As a TRANSITION food, would for example steamed vegetables be helpful, or green powders, probiotics etc?

Dear Dr. Graham,

I'm looking to rid myself of candida, would 1-3 weeks of a large banana green smoothie in the morning, 5-8 mangos for lunch, and another large banana green smoothie for dinner be able to turn things around? Should I stick to just one fruit, for a period of time, while getting a variety of greens in my smoothie? What are the benefits of eating 3 large mono meals as apposed to mini mono meals through out the day?
