Having just started on raw (the longest and hardest week of my life so far..............sorry only teasing)

I am keen to do a weekend or week long raw retreat in NSW - learning, hands-on cooking, eating and maybe meditation.

I have been searching on the net and found a couple of retreats in far flung places like Byron Bay and Victoria but I was hoping for something closer to Sydney (i.e.) Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Jervis Bay etc...

Does anyone know of websites or places that offer weekend or week-long raw retreats in NSW?

(maybe keen to do something over 2007 October long-weekend or Christmas for starters)

I know they have happened in the past... I'm way over west in Perth so I don't know too much but you could get in touch with Grant (RawAussieAthlete) who I think was involved in organising one in the past.

Hi kittykat

I've organised 2 raw retreats this year.
The first on Milson Island in Feb 07.
The 2nd at Point Wollstoncroft in Aug 07.
We had about 23 people at the last one.
Haven't set a date for the next one yet, but we were hoping to have one before spring is over.
Search for "Raw Reflections" on the forum if you want to see more details. I'll post there when I set the next date.
