Hey,
I've posted this on Pregnancy and Children, but wanted to put it here because I'm really hoping for lots of ideas and answers.... :

Just wondering if anyone had any good tips for boosting the immune system of an 18month old?
Specific foods, superfoods, vitamins etc? any other tips?
anything with lots of anti-oxidents and anti-cancer properties?

It might be a good idea if we can continue to post answers in the original thread which is HERE. That way we can bounce of each others ideas as well. I'll lock this one for now seeing as the other one has a few answers already.
