I would love to make marmalade but i will probably prefer it raw. I'll try and be a whizz in the kitchen and see what i come up with. Maybe i can use chia or irish moss to get the jelly part going.

But if anyone already knows of some please share the recipe cheers.

Hye RC, I don't have much time now so I can't search it out and don't want to forget but I think motherwytch posted a recipe for apricot jam. She doesn't post a lot so you could go back through her posts. She has some amazing ideas!

Thanks RawS,

I will try look her up.

Just that we have marmalade here in the fridge and miss eating it. So thought what if there is a raw version lol. Maybe motherwytch will open a raw living jam shop lol.

The three most important things I have learnt about raw foods are: 1. Greens, greens and more greens! 2. The only way that will work for you is your own way. 3. We are so much more than what we eat!

And this one from  http://www.raw-pleasure.com.au/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,71/topic,1049.315

O, the marmalade turned out DELECTABLE! um, i'll post it properly when i have actual measurements but here's the gist of it: dried apricots soaked overnight in oj along with zest. then blended  w/more oj and zest. came out the consistency of a butter. awesome!

Her journal is well worth a browse as it's filled with many tasty treats!
