Here is an interview that Kevin Gianni did with Phil McCluskey. Phill is one of my favourite raw peoples. He is down to earth and very kind and non judgemental to himself and to others as well.

Kevin's round table is great. The interviews are free for 24 hours (I got this link yesterday so if you are able to listen to it straight away it's fab. If you miss an interview they are only $10 USD for a good hour or so of great information.

I highly recommend it.

I agree wholeheartedly on Phil.  He is glorious, inspirational and seems such a lovely man.

I listened to this interview yesterday, and it's fab!

I was so impressed on so many varying levels with this interview. I wish I had posted it yesterday. I especially liked what he had to say about dealing with the emotional levels. I think I might buy the download of this one because I could just listen to it again and again.

Yers.. I really like him. I adore Kevin too. Such driven men...

Yes - I liked the emotional eating aspect too. 

It is often thought that women have the market cornered on emotional eating...so it was refreshing to hear of one man's journey through the terrain of emotional ups & downs, the cycle of "suppressing" those emotions with food, and how he overcame that.

I'm still seriously thinking about starting a Phil fan club!  laugh

Wow that was fantastic...... thanks for sharing it Jennie.

He has some great ideas on how to over come overeating..... It definately is a interview I would listern to again as well just cause it has taken me about 4 hours to listern to it all the way through having to stop for the kids every 10 minutes. Maybe later I will see if I can relistern when they go to bed.
