understand what you say about the fasting....often i will do a juice fast or a half day water fast then just juicy fruits...i dont force myself to do it,like i use to....

and most importantly  i dont gorge on food when i break the fast...my stomach capacity has actually dropped...and i just eat what i need to..no forcing..and my body seems to function much happier and less pains and stress..
