That could work if every cell was on the same cycle, but they are not - all the time, some cells are growing some cells are dieing. I think the only time you get every cell in sync is when you die, the rest of the time they are all doing their own individual cycle, you'd be restricting intake at the time some are in growth mode and increasing intake when some are in die off mode.

To me it just looks like as old age goes there are a few things that can happen. One your dna over time looses data. Two you are not providing yourself with the matarial for maintenance. Three you havnt lost dna data you have been providing your body with matarial to maintain the cells so all is still in tact and basically all that is needed is to press the photocopy button on the cells.
Im not meaning to hammer anyone least of all Gabriel. I have no medical knowledge which is obvious. I am just stating my observation which is that gabriel looks young in that he has symptons of dna trouble or waste buildup but it looks like the cells are tired and need to press photocopy.
