Hallo everyone

Does anyone know what to take to raise cholestrol? I guess there must be something in the plant kingdom to help with this. Even though doctors told my father to take more eggs, I still believe eggs are not the way to go if they ever know how the chickens are raised and treated in farms.

It is quite challenging for me now as many people would concern about lowering their cholestrol, while I want the opposite? I welcome all feedback.

i have very low cholesterol levels...have ever since going vegan. you do realise norm values are based on meat and egg eaters. eat loads more greens!! your body will get the components it needs to make the cholesterol in your body
