Sorry for the bother.

If you have emailed using the form on the contact page then that's not working right now either! There is a paragraph that says not to use that but a lot of people don't see it or they type in the address incorrectly and we never receive it.

We are going through website upgrades and both of these problems will be fixed when the upgrade is complete. I've not received any emails that I've not returned about this. I had two last week but not from your username.

At the moment the online version is not working but I've been told that the downloadable one is fine. However I don't have any friends (that I'm aware of) who use Mac so I've not been able to check if the downloadable version is working with Mac users. I can't see why it wouldn't be though as nothing has changed there. I'll post again when the upgrades have gone through.

I had an issue with downloading the e-book also (more to do with me taking shortcuts than anything) and here's a tip to anyone who somehow reads this before downloading it. It's saved as a 90kb file when right clicked from the link and didnt run.

HOWEVER, when clicking the link and running the file, it installs fine.
