I had to larf at this title. I got quite a shock when I looked up an address the other day and they had a photo of the house there. Apparently a lot of people are kicking up a stink about this. With my mother in laws house you can see the neighbours kids out the front. Not cool Google!

I don't think they have close ups like that of your back yard though. RC brought up google awhile back. Perhaps she knows more about what you can see. I've never minded the google earth and being able to see make out my house but seeing a close up shot of the front of my house was a little disconcerting.

I know! It's easy! All you need is to hack to the system and plant a nude-free static image there! yahh

Now, HOW to do it, does nayone know??? huh

Doesn't worry me.  I don't search for that on the net, so I don't expect others to do it to me.  Lets just say that I will be keeping up my current backyard and beachside activities without fear LOL

Lmao thanks raw sensation. I used to sunbathe myself in the backyard like mentioned above and when the satellitle thing first came i was almost sweating. But luckily i wasn't sunbathing that day.

Google street pictures have only been taken once and luckily its not motioned. I'am too upset about it. But you can get your house removed. All of europe removed it.

Really? Go Europe!!! It's great that you can have your house removed. Still... not cool Google. I can understand it being helpful with businesses and stuff but not personal houses with kiddies in the pics. our neighbour used to sunbake in her front yard. I've no idea why because she has a really big yard. Perhaps she knew what google was up to and thought she would be world famous! Tee hee.

The google photos were taken in summer are not live.
When I looked at my house it is hidden behind the bushes and now that is winter those bushes has no leaves. The good thing they havent replaced the photo.
A friend of mine remembers when theres was a van outside his street with a sign from Google now that I remember seeing a van with the google sign but at the time didnt realised he was taking photos of my street

I must be behind the times, as I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

I would LOVE to nude sunbathe in my garden but we are surrounded by devout Christians and I fear they would never recover from the shock.

They are still having palpitations about my devil music (ACDC - Thunderstruck) and alcohol consumption, so I don’t think I can upset their delicate balance any further.

KittyK, if you go to Google maps and type in your address it comes up with a 'street view' option. There, plain as day is a photo of the front of your house. Interesting!

Well they seem a bit off mark. I type in my address and they show my neighbours house. I don't like this at all, it's a lack of privacy really.
