I was wondering what to have for dinner and really felt like greens but the idea of a green smoothie or soup didn't ring any fabulous bells with me today so I made this green salad instead and loved it!!!
Ingredients:
dandelion
sorrell
oregano
rocket
coriander
Chop roughly and put it in a bowl
Dressing
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 small clove of garlic (half would have done me!)
pinch of salt
4 macadamias
Blend and pour over salad.
My taste buds sang when I ate this and I could have had double. I'll bed my humble dandelion plant is shaking in it's err... soil out there at the thought of me loving that salad so much! Yummmmm.
A year ago, I would not have eaten this for quids. It's phenomenal how our taste buds change.

I had intentions of putting olives on this but alas! I ate them as I was making it!
