It's 200+ acres with a 20 acre private spring fed lake. A log house, a 4 season house with a basement (for my hydroponic garden) and a guest house with sauna on the lake. WOW! And the cost is just a little more than the .8 acre property we are living in now. I think I am in love. Lots of room for friends to visit.

Please do some positive visualizing for us! Move in date early October in celebration of Sacha's birthday (that was his idea).

oooh!!  Sweetheart!!  That is gorgeous!!  Sounds like quite an opportunity!  You can do so much with 200+ acres AND it has dug well water (not to mention the lake!!!)...
 
It looks really amazing!  have you been there in person yet?  how does it feel when you are there?   I have noticed that land, even in a 20 km radius,  can feel so vastly different.  Depending whether it is waterfront, ridge top, valley...and the spirit elementals too of the land, can land a vastly different feel...

I imagine it feels enchanted with the red pine forests and being lakeside. waterfront!  It probably has gorgeous fogs and mists rolling over the lakes and hills, at different times of the day/season/year!
 
Oooh - you sure know how to excite me...I love seeing you and Piers dreaming in lifes yummies!!   I know how much love you would pour onto such a property.  Your sanctuary!  Very Nice!
 
I would love to come visit you both anyway, anytime!!!!  Whether you were there, or on the moon!!  
 
But yes...I know what you mean!  It would be AMAZING!  To visit you with so much to share in...lake to play upon...gardens to tend together...art garden creations...nurturing spaces...YES!
