Found this website, I think its really good. It covers much of what we have discussed in this forum.

They have sections on home-made shampoo, natural hair dyes, rinses etc...The Ayurvedic secret for gorgeous hair looks interesting too:

Anyway thought I would share.

Hey Neet, Freedom is doing really well. We are in contact by email and she is really busy and quite happy. Doing loads of things that 19 year olds do and looking really healthy.

RN Jen is moving to the Gold Coast! I'm delighted but really feel for her. It's not easy to move away from everyone you know to the other side of the country with a young babes. I can't wait to meet her.

How are you turtle dove?

Hi BB,

I have done no shampoo for 50 days but got really bad built up from the baking soda.

I spoke to somebody on another forum and they did the same just use a natural (no chemicals) conditioner.
I have to same issue heaps of hair and since no poo I am hardly losing any hair either so it's even getting thicker...

I will have a look when I get home what the exact brand of conditioner it is  and will post it here if you are interested...

I had to put olive oil in my hair on Monday. It required shampooing out as the bicarb didn't touch it but my hair was so soft after it!
