FYI In Mooloolaba, on the Sunshine Coast, the restaurant called Raw Energy is not RAW. They did not even know what I was talking about when after looking at the menu I asked what was really raw.  I think I talked to 4 people as they did not understand my simple question....  What do you serve that is raw?
menu

here is an example of a "raw" items from the menu

RAW Mediterranean: Layered Grilled Eggplant, Zucchini, Roasted Capsicum, Mushrooms and Ricotta with an Herbed Tomato Sauce topped with Parmesan served on a bed of Fresh Baby Spinach.

OR Raw sandwich

Chicken, Avocado, Brie, Honey Mustard, Aoli with fresh Cos Lettuce - wrapped or between the slices of - multigrain

yes some people think raw energy is not necessarily raw foods...depends where your focus is i guess...lol..if i see RAW advertised anywhere i just about hyperventilate and get very excited!!but often disappointed when i sadly realise that the raw doesnt really mean RAw food....
