the other extreme of weather conditions would be the north of Scotland where Findhorn is... www.findhorn.org don't think they're permaculture, but they get stuff that shouldn't be growing there, even in greehouses growing.....

I would love to buy a farm and replant it. My goal is to have a large property with organic stuff growing everywhere and little cottages where people can come and stay to transition to raw for free or by donation. Wouldn't that be lovely? And a camping area too for those who like to sleep outdoors. Beautiful.

Lots of work... what a challenge!

I would love to visit Findhorn. I have read many experiences over the years of the great work going on there. Love being the biggest contributor to their program is such an interesting concept.
