As the subject suggests, could this amino acid help?
I try to approach life with a holistic view.....not just one thing will cure all. I'm NOT looking for a one-pill answer to depression. I've been through too much to know that it takes more than popping a pill or taking some powder to help depression.....as many of you who suffer depression know.
I have looked this up on the internet and it seems promising.
Yes, maybe my diet could be better....but, heck, I'm eating better than I've eaten in years.
Yes, maybe I could exercise more.......but, heck, I'm glad I'm able to get out of bed some days.
Yes, maybe my mental thinking could improve......but heck once again, I'm happy I even think enough to move some days.
And if.....ONLY IF.....I could press the delete button on my stress, that would be fantastic!!!!
But alas, I am who I am at the moment.
Has anyone tried 5htp? There is ST John's Wort. What about MACA? Any other superfoods that may help? Anything else that people have tried that has helped.
Any help would be appreciated from all and sundry.
