This is rich, sweet and absolutely divine. The use of avocado and banana makes this pie very rich and smooth.

Crust
1 1/2 cups almonds
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup figs
1 tablespoon of water (if needed)

Filling
4-6 bananas
1-2 avocados
1 package berries (blueberry or raspberries are perfect)

Topping
1 cup raw cashews

1.       Blend crust ingredients in a food processor until it holds together.
2.       Spread in a pie plate.
3.       Layer sliced bananas in the bottom layer until half the pie is filled.
4.       Cover with berries. Then layer sliced avocado over berries until the pie is filled.
5.       In the food processor blend cashews until fine and sprinkle over top of pie. Alternatively put them through a single or twin gear juicer for a finer crumble.
