For me it is once again Dr Dougs 801010, this time starting from the end...dont ask why  Undecided huh Undecided, I just do that sometimes!

And also "Fast food nation", found it in a second hand store with some other health/raw books, like the energies of the universe telling me this is my time, many things just falling into my hands right now, exactly right time and place...all for free. Amazing.

I am happy to pass on fast food nation to anyone whom wants to read it next...and a few juicing books.

Real Lives: Eleven teenagers who don't go to school tell their own stories (edited by Grace Llewellyn). A fabulous read finding out how home education pans out further down the track. The cool thing is that the edition that I have also gives an update from teh contributing teens when they are in their 20s. Loving it so far.

Oh I am reading a very highbrow and intellectual book called “Riders” by Jilly Cooper. Possibly about the thirtieth time I have read it since 1985 but it makes an excellent “summer” blockbuster beach read.

Also possibly for the thirtieth time, I also have a couple of Agatha Christie classics on the go.

Yes, I really must get with the times.

Hi BB,
I’ve only just read the first few chapters so I can’t really comment much. This is a second book of Anastasia and have not read the first one yet, but it seem to me that’s about the essence of life, love and healing, especially unconditional love, similar to the teachings of White Eagle’s Spiritual Unfoldment books, combined with all the great teachers on earth with their LoA concept, but rather living in simplicity and being conscious of every thought, action and reaction, hence the importance of appreciating everything that crosses our path. I have watched my plants respond by growing beautifully producing more flowers than usual, and animals guiding me back home when I was lost in the bush. I talk to my plants and animals probably more loving than I do with people. Well, better getting cracking on it. Going out for the day today but will read some more tonight. Cheers!

I just finished reading 'Same Soul, Many Bodies' by Dr. Brian Weiss.  He's a psychiatrist who does past life regressions and now future life progressions in his therapy.  Fascinating!  The patient can see the blocks they have in this current life by looking at past lives and then go into the future and see a fork in the road and explore their options - what their futures may look like if they make different choices in this life.  Loved the book - very inspiring.  I feel encouraged to Be even more - to stretch myself a little further.  I have no fear of death as I know the adventures just keep on happening after this particular experience here on earth (I've felt that way for a very long time).

Looking for my next good read.  I don't tend to read fiction unless it something powerful like "The Red Tent".  I like books that inspire.  Maybe I'll look at my own bookshelf and re-read something from there.  Most books I get from the library or op shop.

Oooo..sunheart - your book sounds wonderful, I must look for that!

enjoy your day!

Hey Sunheart, me too.  I love it.

I powered through Anastasia's first book, and this one has taken a little longer as many nights I had my nose in my training manual from work.

I have promised to read all nine of Anastasia's books, and am savouring each one as I would a fat juicy mango.

Yummy

Gosh I love books. I am devouring 'power of now'. There's stuff in there that just flies over my head and then a sentence will come out and punch me right in the face. Awesome! But I only like it when sentences to that.

Jedi, I like your way of reading. I've taken a few titles there for my own.

Sweetpea I have that book in my shelf too. I can't remember the last time I read it. Bit of a drama but funny in parts.

Sunheart I've just found out that the English translator of Anastasia's books has 3 speaking engagements next week, added at short notice after his talk at a recent conference.

Sydney Tuesday 14th 7pm
Burpengary (between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast) Thursday 16th 7pm
Byron Bay Friday 17th 7pm

If anyone's interested then pm me your email address and I'll pass the email on.
I'm going to the Byron one, yippee.
