Sounds good RGG, would be yummo with orange in place of dates/apple too.
I found this 'generic experimentation guide', thanks to ck on Doug Graham's vegsource discussion board http://www.vegsource.com/talk/raw/index.html
my favs n basics are always take one or two from each of the following
acid or sub acid fruit(eg mango, orange, any berry or `s, pineapple, peach, nectarine, lime, lemon)
a non sweet fruit such as (tomato, cucumber, red pepper, ect)
and a mild herb if desired (basil, cilantro, parsley, mint, fennel, dill)
and lastly for a soup greens (spinach, romaine, redleaf, butter ect)
for more saltyness i start with celery or sundried tomatoes and blend fine, then add other ingredients.
most often i find i use tomatoes and celery with a hint of.......
and on ocasion add a few olives, avocado, hemp seed ect.
the options are endless, and experimentation and variety the center of fun. Most often i find the simpler the better 2-4 ingredients.
Tomato, celery and orange is a hit, thanks to Doug Graham for that. Also yummo over zucchini noodles (grated or vegetable peeler noodles of zucchini)

Enjoy!!
