OK so we have been on a desert island with lovely company and great fruit, but now we have.....

Wow!! It's been a great swim out to this lovely little island - thanks for the invite!! I love the ocean!! And sitting under this coconut tree is divine!!

Luckily when I left I was carrying a large veggie platter with slices of cucumber, red capsicum, baby carrots and jimaca on a bed of sunflower sprouts, witha lovely bowl of pesto dip! Would you like some?

Anyone for a coconut? Piers can climb these trees like a monkey!

I want to see Piers scaling the trees like a monkey,hee hee...

Ok so we have a veggie platter and dips, I will bring some fresh orange juice and a big platter of cherries for our little Miss Bliss.

I have just made a great raw sald inspired from a recipe in the Garden Diet, by Storm and Jingee.

So I will bring a great BIG bowl of that, cos its so wonderful.

I have adapted it enough to post later.

Oh, i want to come! I probably could get a bus down, its just that its a busy time at work, over the festive season, and I'm not sure if im working that date yet...

Thank you for your kind words. My shoulder looks so spectacular at the moment. Sort of like a carrot beet juice that hasn't been stirred.


I saw the doctor today and he said not to use the arm for anything for 4-6 weeks. As if thats going to happen!
