Banana Ice Cream:

frozen bananas blended up! simple as that!

if you want chocolate ice cream, just add carob powder and a date or 2.

if you want a citrus ice cream - add lime, lemon, and orange zest to the banana ice cream

vanilla? scrape the inside of a fresh vanilla bean and add to the blender too!

You want an ice cream sundae? or banana split?

scoop of "vanilla" ice cream (above)
top with chocolate sauce:
dates, avocado, carob powder, water
whipped cream: blend like crazy the meat of a young coconut
chopped nuts: whatever you like
top with a fresh cherry!

banana split:
3 scoops ice cream of your choice
1/2 banana on either side
top with the same as the sundae

Almost any kind of frozen fruit put through a single or twin gear juicer is delicious. I had the chance to try pineapple a few days ago (in a street market) and it was delicious. So is mango!
