savoury smoothie that is a great green colour and tastes awesome!

blend:
spinach (ive also used romaine when i didnt have spinach)
tomatoes - really  ripe ones are best
avocado
water
little nama shoyu if u want, but i do find it makes a diff - or a pinch of sea salt

Have to share my favourite smoothie - it's been hugely popular with friends.

Blend:
Watermelon
Frozen berries (blueberry / raspberry/ cherries)
Apple juice (just enough liquid to make it all move)
Fresh ginger
sprig of mint

I also like to add a teaspoon of Green per serve and even throw in some wheatgrass from time to time.  My family love it and have no idea how good it is for them!
