feeling truly alive. experiencing consumption of new insane tropical fruits in paradise, meeting inspriational crew in the most unexpected ways, becoming more my true self, disposing of old limiting beleif systems, eye opening emotions, connection with nature, more power, strength endurace vitality agility responsivness, mental clarity, lack of edema, fear of disease discarded like a mango box, whole new meaning to travel...... on and on  and on. every aspect of my life has gone through the roof. so much so that i have to be careful not to cut my feet on the broken tiles that have fallen!

Feeling well and full of life,energy and positive thinking through good health on eating raw vegan.The rawpleasure discussion forum is a blessing and so inspiring to hear of others achievements.Expanding the borders of my life and my mind,feeling light and free,no anxiety and the freedom to be my self,truly being able to breathe in the essence of life and feel that breath touch every fibre of my being.

The Learning.

Just when I thought I had done all the study, degrees, courses, read a huge number of health books, dedicated my day-in-day-out to thinking about health ..... Suddenly a world of raw books opened up to keep me occupied,.... reading under the covers late at night like a naughty schoolgirl!

right at this moment in time-it's being able to eat my second bowl of black grapes without having to count the calories-it's meeting all of you wonderful inspirational inquisitive beings-it's the learning and going on new journeys that i never ever ever thought or even imagined that i would take...

My favourite part of going raw is very similar to the sentiments already expressed by everyone else. 

Janita's comments about no calorie counting, meeting wonderful beings, and steping through new gateways into dimensions of self never before experienced. 

Durian Riders sentiments too ring true. 

And also Jen's about the yummy new study, discoveries and learnings.

As has been said already....the reading, the energy, positivity, freedom, love, power, clarity.....

also the blessing of living with a delightfully healthy, vibrant, sweet daughter (and now a son!).  NO doctor visits, hospitals, medicines, sleepless nights or worries due to illness, vaccinations, or fear of their getting ill.

also having my shopping carried to the car everytime by the shopkeepers; having the shop owner stand in the carpark watching my sleeping newborn whilst I shop; being able to pay later if I forget my money; picking my own produce from the growers gardens & exchanging things for veg (eg no more supermarkets!)

also the new parts of my life it has brought....growing our own food, collecting wild foods, recycling all our waste, people....and so much more.

Like minded people Miss G, I was able to purchase some petrified wood & a healing set at "Woodsie gem shop" in Mildura, there is also a topo gem shop in Melbourne called Violets.

Since I went raw I have became more confident, everything about myelf feels fresh and new. I am not shy at looking at people in the eyes when talking to them anymore, and when I look in the mirror my eyes look much bigger, even people around me have noticed that my eyes are wider, glowing and penetrating.
And not only my eyes, I have more condfidence in my body, and the way I move. I wouldn't be shy to dance anymore. Because my body feels good, alive and one with my spirit.

I also have noticed a very familiar clarity, no more mental fog. It's like I'm a kid again and the whole world is new and exciting, everything I touch, smell, taste, see, hear and perceive is magnified. I also felt new waves of emotion that I have never felt before.
One time I was thinking how much I loved eating raw food, that I felt so good - I cried! It was the best feeling I've ever had, and I just cried happy tears!
It's like that ~Love~ feeling you get, but for food! lol
