I don't have exact measurements.... I'll do my best though...

4 cups of water
2 large bananas
1/4 cup really raw cashews
2 dried figs
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon maca
1 teaspoon bee pollen
1 cup of ice

Blend all until smooth.

It was a real light frothy drink - absolutely delicious and wonderfully rich!

Cheers,
Sheryl

Sounds great Sheryl, high fat, but good.

David K posted a salad dressing on his site which was the juice of one orange and a handful of macadamias, but you could blend a handful of cashews instead.
