Yes.. really raw chocolate truffles!!

Mix equal amounts of cacao powder and agave nectar until it looks like icing! Then keep mixing in cacao powder until it's firm. Roll into ball, and cover with cacao powder, fresh grated coconut or chopped nuts.

These are delicious! (Piers and I are already experimenting with the new goodies - so much fun!).

The cacao powder is cool because it's so fine... you can really get the chocolate taste/texture we all remember... but raw!

I think the addition of a little mint essential oil would be nice too - I love mint chocolate!
