Yeah the chapter on HCL was really interesting! Im reading David Wolfe's Eating for Beauty concurrently - he also talks about HCL in there.

Im going to have to go out looking for wild greens somewhere.

My food bill is becoming astronomical, particularly the amount of greens and fruit I'm getting through daily. I know they r a lot cheaper than a lump of steak or fish, but Im eating heaps at the moment!

Has anyone read any other Boutenko family books and would recommend any of them?  Im not that into recipe-type books,.  more so personal stories, testimonials and facts.  I tend to make up my own recipes.

Hey Jen, 'eating for beauty' is good hey. Esp the stories at the end.

I had a really nice dude from the states send me his copy he had finished with along with 'sevenfold peace' by gabriel cousens, 'drugs masquerading as foods - deliciously killing american afrikans and all peoples' by suzar and 'food enzymes' by tonita d' raye.

Loved eating for beauty. Food enzymes was ok, but if u want to have the * scared outta of then read suzar's. Its got so much info against animal/cooked food, u would be scared to eat anything but raw! lol.

So u got living nutrtion Neet? All of em? I got the first 3 last order, and the new one this order.

Jen, im stocking up on heavy calico bags of raw food DAILY from my cuz's Tongue I go with my own recipes usually too. I had a boutenko book on my first order, decided i shouldnt spend too much money, took it off. Dumb, but if they are worth it, ill get one, for sure  smiley Lookin forward to those reviews...

Yea nic pic Nelly! So cool to connect posts with faces.
