This is so smooth and delicious you'd swear it was way more complicated than it is!

Just take half a rock melon, remove skin, and blend flesh and seeds in a high speed blender until smooth (<30 seconds). In a regular blender you may have to remove the seeds. It's so creamy and delicious! I've never really been a rock melon fan before but I'm a convert now!

WOW!!!

Half a large rockmelon serves 2.
