Hey Alegne,
Nice to hear from you again. I'm so glad that you are feeling so much better, and that the natural therapies you have employed are working a treat.
Red raw noses are the pits! Hallelujah for coconut oil. Aloe Vera tissues are lovely when you have a long period of a runny nose. They seem so much gentler on the poor ol' red raw nose.
If your energy levels are down, remember to rest. As much as you need, whenever you need - it is a powerful healer for the body. Sometimes it may mean not listening to your head, but rather your body or your heart. I'm like a broken record when it comes to this I know, but it really is such a restorative measure that pays huge dividends.
I used to worry about how much hair I shed too, but then I thought well, how much is too much. If I awoke with handfuls of hair on my pillow, I would be concerned.
Like you, I lose hair when I brush my hair or wash it. But to me, this is naturally when the hair that is ready to be free

is going to fall away from the head. I have a ball of hair that I remove from the drain after washing my hair, and if I brush my hair, there is an amount to be removed from the brush.
I also think that it is more noticeable when you have long hair (which you seem to have in your pic). My hair is long, and whenever I vacuum or sweep, all I seem to collect is my hair! I think I probably shed the same amount when I had very short hair, it's just that it was not as noticeable. Sometimes I wish I could lose more hair, it's so thick and long and heavy. I almost give myself whiplash when I have wet hair wrapped in a towel.

I've just ordered MSM, and it's coming shortly - I'll let you know how it goes. I've done a lot of reading up on it, and it seems to have so many fantastic properties, including the hair & nail advantages. Maybe google it to read some of the bits on it - there's lots of information out there.
I hope you are back to your spritely self in no time.
