Thanks so much Berry and Emi
Yep I do perk myself up at times.
I am very perceptive about how my body feels .
At the moment I dont feel like exercise ( although I do walk abit and am very capable of doing a heavy workout) .
Lately my body has gone off food so I am just having juices and water & MSM.
I would like to feel really hungry I have never felt starving hungry for a while ( evern on raw food )I eat cos its yummy and makes me feel good and out of habbit a am abit of an emotional eater .
I hear people say I am starving I can never say I have been starving hungry I do at times feel abit lethagic so I perk myself up with some sweet fruit like I did the other day with grapes.
My weak point is my sinuses man ( without sounding gross) the amount of mucous that has come out of this honker.... :laugh over the years.
Anyhow my dad yesturday collapsed and we have in hopsital they are doing investigations for possible stroke? Maybe I gave him too much chlorela in his green smoothies

. Hes BP is cool heart ok no other sign of infection so they are observing him at the moment I mean hes 71 and hes had a history of a previous stroke.
Let me make you guys laugh ( boy what we only children go through) .
I drove dad to hopsital but I knew we would wait so I got together my reading material .
So picture this I am in accident and emergency by dads bed with my mum waiting for feedback fromDrs & tests ect ( I am heavily into reading Part one of David Wolffes seminar transcripts while my mum is agitated so I hand her a raw cookbook and I go doggy page the yummy recepies you like to keep her busy ) .....it worked and plus I got through Part 1 of DW seminar transcript

....so yep I am used to turning a negative episode into positive.
Plus while I was stuck in traffic what kept me going was my highlight when I got to hopsital was to buy a apple celery ginger large freshly squeezed juice ( I think westmead is the only hopsital in sydney with a juice bar)

.
Well got to fly guys at work and this has been my highlight writing in here this morning.
Ciao belas
keep up the good work gals!
