Dearest Alegne...I didnt even know you  had a journal uhuh

I think a week of juicefasting is a fantastic idea, good to give the body a cleanout and rest from digestion...perhaps you can join GG in her juice fast?

have a great weekend my sweet

Hi Berry

Let me say you are the sweetest berry on this forum!
You are such a beautifull person!
Lots of love and hugs to you!
Let me tell you are such an inspiring gal thank you so much yes I need to take it easy too much stress in my life at the moment. I did a 2 day fast and felt like I wanted to chew on something so I had some sweet grapes.
So I did.Smiley My fav are black muscatels mmmm.
I am listening to my body whatever it wants. At the moment its craving rest and celerey ginger and apple juice combo . I am really into that at the moment lots of ginger mmmmm.

I need to sort out my emotions too little bit depressed too so I thought I might add some long chain fatty acids to perk me up like ground flax seed sooo I brought to add to my salad .....but I really dont feel hungry at all...I have a thermos full of green smootie too ( corriander baby spinach soaked gojis and pineapple with a dash of chlorela) I will see if I get hungry later at the moment I am just having water with MSM. I might even add my ground flaxseeds to the green smoothie.

Ah such is life! Ke sera sera whatever will be will be .....as Doris days song goes Wink

Love to all
Alegne

The hardest thing is listening to our bodies (switching the mind off long enough to hear what the body is saying) but it is so worth it when we do. Good on you for listening and finding what works for you.

Have a great night Engela.

Awwwwww  heart Alegne, thankyoufor those beautiful words...touching.

Sorry you are going through so much atm....visualizing a beautiful peaceful running stream with you laying on the soft grass basking in the glorious sun...

As Emi said, it is important to listen and care for our bodies...and your doing just that...perhaps you can try some chia seeds too, I havent tried them yet, but have heard many great things about them...I have kinda gone off GS...I think it is too many combos...my body doesnt like it...gonna try simplifying.

hope you have a resting and healing sleep my sweet

Thanks so much Berry and Emi

Yep I do perk myself up at times.
I am very perceptive about how my body feels .
At the moment I dont feel like exercise ( although I do walk abit and am very capable of doing a heavy workout) .

Lately my body has gone off food so I am just having juices and water & MSM.
I would like to feel really hungry I have never felt starving hungry for a while ( evern on raw food )I eat cos its yummy and makes me feel good and out of habbit a am abit of an emotional eater .

I hear people say I am starving I can never say I have been starving hungry I do at times feel abit lethagic so I perk myself up with some sweet fruit like I did the other day with grapes.

My weak point is my sinuses man ( without sounding gross) the amount of mucous that has come out of this honker....  :laugh over the years.

Anyhow my dad yesturday collapsed and we have in hopsital they are doing investigations for possible stroke? Maybe I gave him too much chlorela in his green smoothies  laugh . Hes BP is cool heart ok no other sign of infection  so they are observing him at the moment I mean hes 71 and hes had a history of a previous stroke.

Let me make you guys laugh ( boy what we only children go through) .
I drove dad to hopsital but I knew we would wait so I got together my reading material .
So picture this I am in accident and emergency by dads bed with my mum waiting for feedback fromDrs &  tests ect ( I am heavily into reading Part one of David Wolffes seminar transcripts while my mum is agitated so I hand her a raw cookbook and I go doggy page the yummy recepies you like to keep her busy ) .....it worked and plus I got through Part 1 of DW seminar transcript  yahh ....so yep I am used to turning a negative episode into positive.
Plus while I was stuck in traffic what kept me going was my highlight when I got to hopsital was to buy a apple celery ginger large freshly squeezed juice ( I think westmead is the only hopsital in sydney with a juice bar)  laugh.

Well got to fly guys at work and this has been my highlight writing in here  this morning.
Ciao belas
keep up the good work gals!   kiss kiss
