im not a durian expert, but to me it tasted good H.

smallish with a hit of banana custard taste followed be onion at the end...

its time to do the uthinkable...

try and avoid constant meals of just fruit and skipping the greens.

so how long. hmm. i dunno, i wont put a time limit on it, but my mainstay will be green smoothies for a while. its damn hard when its summer, theres too mcuh good fruit out there! im gonna try and stay away from the full on sugar hitting fruits too. not too many bananas and more stonefruit, less melons.

i find its easy to overeat sweet fruit but not so easy to overeat greens/non-sweet fruit which tells me something.

See how we go!

Don't cut back on sweet fruits too much.... just make bigger green smoothies so you get plenty of both!  cheesy

have a celery or lettuce "chaser" with your bananas and other sweeties...that way it balances out and you wont overeat....ya gotta enjoy your fruits,comes winter you will say ...whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i want my summer fruits,so enjoy now doll...

luck with the greens increase...and icy cold gs in a hot day is yummy!

well downed 2 giant green smoovielishanessness's today.

baby spinach, snowpea tendrils, mint, celery (oh no!) banana, mango, vitamineral green and maca.

another rockin one i had before was banana, mango and rockmelon. That was pretty cool.

i kno a good trick joss that makes celery taste even better. put peanut butter on it Wink aha! evil  evil
