Great to have you here. So how did you come across raw foods? If you're in England (which I'm guessing you are if you're posting here!) it would be well worth checking out the Fresh Network who are doing a great job of sharing the benefits of the raw lifestyle with the world! They're at fresh-network.com and regularly run raw events well worth going to!
