Had a very active morning....

* 6.3km jog, felt strong and was able to maintain a consistent pace the whole way, really need to push it a little more to take my speed to the next level.
* 45mins of weight-training, pretty intense session today, had a 1/2 melon straight after my run and rested for an hour then went straight to the weight.  I really love building muscle, its so empowering :-)

Oh my abs were still killing today from 3days ago!

Anyways off to zzzzz....Goodnighty lovefreexo

I am finding that the harder I am pushing myself.  The fatter, I am getting, or should I say I am not releasing the fat.......I know it sounds stupid, but it is true.

I will do my hours scheduled exercise.  Ie run, boxing, netball, some weights and then during the day, try and do 5 - 10 minutes every hour or so of bodyweight exercises or walking on the treadmill.

Possible the body is going into flight and fight response.

What a delicate little flower I am.

sounds like you are building more muscle 'Nette/ you look as though you have alot of muscle in your avatar, and are one of those lucky ladies who builds muscle easily-like Free........

hows your calorie intake going? i know you dont eat that much each day? food combining well is vital for weight release too...
are you focussing on how lean you are ,or how fat/heavy you think you are? cos we do get what we think about chick you know that right???

maybe more cardio would be helpful/

I TRY to focus on how lean I am getting but the mind has a mind of its own.

I am trying to eat more because I understand that the less you eat the more the body stores.

I am trying more cardio.  I think the problem is over thinking!!

Annette, while I feel for You, I can only repeat the basic idea :

Toxic material is a combination of toxicity comming into the body via air, water, food, skin etc, but ALSO
via negative emotions. This emotional toxicity could be held inside the body from distant past, and perhaps has
the ability to convert even the purest and cleanest food into something toxic, at least partialy.
It can use many different mechanism how to achieve this, but simple concept, that the stored - traped negative emotions need their food too. So either they overpower our decision to eat healthy and make us feed them directly with occasional or regular slip ups, or if we strong, that they somehow upset our digestion to create undigested or modified nutrients converted into toxic material so they can have a party.

Body's response to the toxicity is of course to get it rid of the toxins from organs and the blood, so the fat is created to suck it up like sponge.

If You are afraid to clean the fear ( the double problem and selffeeding circle), what other solution can exist ?

and of course, any fear is blocking the love to come in fully and  flourish
