It has a wealth of easily digestible information and is packed with recipes. The recipe for Sunflower Herb Pate is worth the price of admission alone! After I made my first batch, I immediately soaked more seeds to make a second batch. It's that good! These ebooks are great! Jenny Love (Friday, 21 July 2006) Rating:  Storm and Jinjee are very inspiring, living their raw lifestyle in a beautiful natural habitat, teaching their children the essential basics of health. These 10 e-books are a good reference to keep on hand. I have referred to them a couple of times now. The one I found most interesting was Jingee's one on her cooked vs raw pregnancies. Jocelyn Bishop (Friday, 21 July 2006) Rating: I love these e-books and I love Storm and Jinjee. What an inspiration these people are to all other raw families. Raising their children on raw foods does not seem to be a problem for this family. The Garden Diet has a great recipe section and Extatic Birth made me cry. I wished that I had given birth as Jinjee did that night. It was such a moving experience for me, as I had given birth in a hospital, totally removed from any decision making. If you are considering giving birth, this book is a must read. Joss |
