ever since i found out that small fish get caught in standard nori sheets , ive been put off, i stuck to dulse or seaweed at the beach. but when i discovered these bad boys, nori was back on the menu! you can chop em up and add them to a salad or go the traditional way and roll em up with grated carrot, coconut, avocado, cauliflower or a nut pate. what ever you fancy....

Nori sheets are so versatile so I had to try this product, truely raw and truely vegan nori sheets are something hard to find, poor fish! These are great for their valuable raw nutrients and enzymes not to mention making meals more creative and fun.

Nori is such a great source of minerals that it is an essential part of a raw fooders kitchen. I used to eat sushi a few times a week, now I can make guilt-free raw sushi that tastes even better.

tastewise, for me, this beats regular ('toasted') nori flippers down. it looks green, and is very dark, so i can hardly accept it as raw, especially since raw korean nori and also raw stuff in health food stores i've seen clearly looks maroon. it comes from china, so that seems dubious too - the chinese aren't exactly renowned for their environmental/organic cred - but it tastes more intriguing than regular nori, cleaner, more vibrant, more... i don't know, help me out here! bottom line, it not only tastes fine, but is 'crisper' than toasted nori. surprising but true!
