Customer Reviews:Jenny Love (Friday, 21 July 2006)Rating: ![]() These Greek olives are absolutely delicious! I have eaten the Peruvian raw olives before and hated them. I am loving the greek ones, and so does my family who arent into raw foods. I have to hide my bottle so they dont eat them all! They taste much better than shop-bought cooked olives. They are much juicer than the dry Peruvian olives. They are quite salty, so I only have a few at a time. If I could rate them 6 out of 5 I would. Mr Mysterioso (Friday, 21 July 2006) Rating: ![]() Descendants of our ancient greek past, these intense, black olives question your very reason for being... no, hang on, i'm getting a little carried away. Cured in olive oil, though not bathing in it - it's been removed. salty with a bitterness to remind you you're on planet earth, not some ballet in heaven! at the same time, they're smooth and deep. For those who can't stand bitterness, don't buy these olives, go for the botillas. but if you can take a little bittterness - not too much - you can round out your life with these! Clarissa Jacques (Friday, 21 July 2006) Rating: ![]() Oh my gosh! It is official - I cannot decide which of the scrumptious olives offered on this site are my fav. After having the greek (which I had left to last for some silly reason), I have come to the conclusion that they are all fantastic in their individual ways. What can I say, they each have their own personality and these ones in particular are very unique in flavour - not as salty as some, with a smooth texture and considerable bite. A power food not to be taken lightly and definitely not to be ignored. Enjoy! |
