for me these morrocan olives are amongst the best tasting olives i have encountered world wide. they are more garlic, peppery than salty. ive had em on raw pizzas with chopped organic pineapple. and my hunger for more pizza slices almost lost me friends!! rumour has it david wolfe searched world wide for 6.5 years to find a really raw organic olive supplier he was happy with. this product is an example that hard work pays off. but a warning to all: once you have these babies you may never be able to stomach a supermarket olive again! you have been warned!

These moroccan olives certainly add zing to any meal. They are really good to satisfy the tastebuds when craving something savoury and indulgent, only problem is when to stop! Flavoursome, spicy and very tasty.

I was adamant that the RP Kalamata olives were my fave. Purely in the interests of absolute confirmation (grin) I ate one of each straight from the jar. Now, I'm wavering and can't pick a favourite. What makes these olives so good is their bed pals. Gorgeous raw olives snuggling up to garlic, cayenne and oregano. I am a serious olive lover, and am so delighted that I now can steer clear of the supermarket deli counter and eat raw ripe olives marinating in organic spices with pure water. Bliss! Oh, and I've been known to steal just a leedle bit of the liquid and add it to dips and pates.

If great tasting olives is what you want then the raw selection on this site will more than appease those cravings. And it is all about the raw olive, not the all too needed herbs and salt required to give commercial olives their appeal. The moroccan olive definitely has a home in my fridge and diet. Pefect for adding to pizzas for that extra zing and take my word that it is worth parting with a handful for an olive tapenade to drool over. How can food be this good and to have such bounty readily available is something to be treasured!

These are your straight Greek olives at a fancy dress ball with garlic, chili and oregano. Now the straight Greek olives are fine - a touch of bitterness - but their flavour buddies definitely escalate their appeal to me. They seem to cut back the bitterness that the Greek olives have while at the same time giving them an exotic, mind spinning flavour. Don't get me wrong, they're still strong, just not really bitter. For those of you who have days when in the past you might have said 'I need a drink', maybe you could try some of these instead!
