Cousens guides the reader through the Ayurvedic principles of eating for health. This book compliments Cousens' "Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine". It's a wonderful book. Truly informative, deeply inspirational, with many mouth-watering recipes to boot. A pricey book, but well worth every cent. I suspect this tome will be a beloved friend for some years to come. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

This is a mighty weighty tome! It's like having a set of encyclopedia rolled into one book. This is a book to 'dip into' as the mood takes you. You could read it from cover to cover, but it would be a lengthy process and possibly a bit heavy going. As well as some delicious recipes, it delves into the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of diet. There is plenty of 'food for thought' here.
