(2004, 50 min.) - In March of 2004, David Wolfe and several friends visited the farm of Don Jansen in Fort Myers Florida, tasted his Oceangrown tomatoes, wheat grass juice and apples. That experience altered their reality on the spot. Three months later, they flew Don Jansen to San Diego to tell people about Oceangrown produce, and this is the video of that event. Don Jansen has been studying the methods and benefits of growing fruits, vegetables and wheat grass in clean ocean water for over 15 years. What he learned was: * His soon-to-be mentor Dr. Maynard Murray had been studying this science since the 1950's and written a book on it titled "Sea Energy Agriculture." * The ocean has 90 minerals that humans need in a balanced solution. * This can be done successfully in soil or hydroponically. * Many farmers reported larger, more prolific, and healthier crops using only Oceangrown solution as a fertilizer. * Wheat grass grown in clean ocean water is better-tasting and pulls approximately 90 elements from the water. * Each plant will pull its own unique set of minerals from the water.
