These olives are tree ripened, and allowed to partially dry. Resulting in one of the most intense black olive flavours we have ever expeienced. They are then marinated in crushed red aji peppers, herbs, and a dash of sea salt. (Spice factor = mild). Very limited supply and Raw Pleasure favourite. These are olives with mojo! Clarissa Jacques (Wednesday, 29 November 2006) Rating: WOW these olives have kick and the combination of added herbs etc make them a must have! Fantastic on their own (though I dare even the most die-hard of olive fans to eat a whole packet!) but ever so yummy on pizza or in pesto. As you may have guessed, a little goes a long way on the tastebuds as they are nothing short of true gems for flavour. Highly recommended to all olive lovers! |
